International Women’s Day: Accelerating Action for Women in Chiropractic

March 8 marks International Women’s Day (IWD). While we celebrate the incredible contributions women have made to chiropractic and beyond, we now turn to this year’s theme Accelerate Action, and what that means for chiropractic in Canada.

Last year on IWD, the CCA launched the Women’s Chiropractic Caucus (WCC) to support women chiropractors, amplify their voices, and advocate for women’s NMSK health research. This was followed by a cross-country needs assessment survey in the fall.

Using this data, we have identified key insights to inform the action that this caucus plans on moving forward.
