HOW TO BECOME A CHIROPRACTOR

 

Licensed Canadian chiropractors must complete a minimum of seven years of post-secondary education, including complete a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at an accredited institution. The chiropractic programs are designed to expertly train graduates in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of neuromusculoskeletal disorders over a 4,200-hour curriculum.

Prior to registration, the graduates must successfully complete part A, part B and part of the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board exams. Once done, prospective registrant must meet the PEICA requirements including the provincial Jurisprudence and Ethics Exam.
